Main Courses

Rare roast beef fillet with a wild mushroom sauce, roasted tomatoes and potato gratin.

Seared fillet steak,topped with panfried lobster and scallops and samphire grass in a light garlic and parsley butter on crushed potatoes.

Fillet of hake with a lemon and pepper crust on saffron potatoes with roasted peppers,eggplant and zucchini.

Roasted pheasant wrapped in parma ham on thyme potatoes and roasted beetroot.
